Conveyor-Fed Systems

The operator loads a drawer of raw blanks and removes a drawer of finished parts without stopping the cell. We use Erowa, System 3R, and Lang Technovation pallet systems that interface directly with the CNC's pallet receiver, and custom drawer systems that hold 4–8 hours of production inventory.
On a lights-out aerospace cell we built, four Erowa pallets hold 96 titanium blanks each—enough for 16 hours of unattended production through the night shift and into the next morning. The operator loads pallets at 6 AM and the cell runs until 10 PM without intervention.
Bin Picking
When parts arrive in bulk—castings dumped in a bin, forgings stacked in a tote—robotic bin picking with 3D vision eliminates the need for organized part presentation.
