FANUC

FANUC is our most-integrated brand, and for good reason. Their reliability record is unmatched—we have FANUC robots in the field with 80,000+ hours on the original gearboxes. The R-30iB Plus controller is mature, well-documented, and integrates cleanly with Allen-Bradley PLCs via EtherNet/IP.

Best for: Arc welding (Arc Mate series), machine tending (M-20iD, M-710iC), heavy material handling (M-900iB at 700 kg payload), and any application where uptime is the primary metric. FANUC's iRVision integrated vision eliminates the need for separate vision controllers in many applications.

ABB

ABB robots have the best motion algorithms in the business. Their TrueMove and QuickMove technologies produce smoother, faster paths than any other brand—which translates directly into shorter cycle times on complex path applications like dispensing, deburring, and spray coating.

Best for: High-speed picking (IRB 360 FlexPicker at 150 picks/min), path-critical applications, and multi-robot coordination using MultiMove. The OmniCore controller is fast and capable, though it requires more networking expertise to integrate than FANUC's platform.

KUKA

KUKA builds the heavy lifters. Their KR QUANTEC series spans 120–300 kg payload with reaches up to 3,900 mm, and the KR FORTEC handles up to 600 kg. We've deployed KUKA robots extensively in automotive body shops and heavy equipment manufacturing where payload and reach are non-negotiable.

Collaborative Robots (Cobots)

For lower-force applications where operators work alongside the robot, we integrate Universal Robots (UR10e, UR20) and FANUC CRX series cobots. Cobots are not a replacement for industrial robots—they're slower, lower payload, and less precise. But for applications under 20 kg payload where you need human-robot collaboration without hard guarding, they're the right tool.

When cobots make sense: Low-volume assembly operations, machine tending with operator interaction, quality inspection assist, and applications where floor space prohibits a full safety enclosure.
